Patient Plus Healthcare Services LLC was born from a deeply personal understanding of what families go through when a loved one needs care. Our founders witnessed firsthand the challenges of navigating the healthcare system — and the profound difference that a skilled, compassionate caregiver can make.
We started with a commitment to do things differently: to hire caregivers who genuinely love what they do, to build care plans that treat each client as an individual, and to be a true partner to the families we serve throughout Cincinnati and the surrounding region.
Today, Patient Plus Healthcare Services is proud to serve children, adults, and seniors across Hamilton, Butler, Warren, Clermont, and Brown Counties — bringing professional, personalized care to every doorstep.

Patricia Owens
Founder & Executive Director
Patricia founded Patient Plus Healthcare after 20 years in clinical nursing, driven by a desire to bring hospital-quality care into the home. She oversees all operations and ensures every client receives the standard of care she would want for her own family.
Marcus Johnson, RN
Director of Clinical Services
Marcus leads our skilled nursing team with 15 years of experience in home health and acute care. He develops clinical protocols, mentors our nursing staff, and works directly with physicians to coordinate seamless care transitions.
Dr. Amina Khalil, LPN
Lead Care Coordinator
Amina is the first point of contact for new families, conducting in-home assessments and building personalized care plans. Her warmth and clinical expertise put families at ease from the very first conversation.
David Chen
Operations & Community Outreach
David manages day-to-day operations and builds relationships with hospitals, physicians, and community organizations across Greater Cincinnati to ensure our clients always have access to the resources they need.
